TERMS & CONDITIONS:
I hereby authorize RockIT Technologies to operate client equipment
for purposes of diagnosing inspection upgrading, or transporting
to and from a RockIT authorized repair facility at my risk.
I understand that RockIT will not be liable for damages resulting
from loss of data, profits, use of products or for incidental
or consequential damages. Customer acknowledges that data loss
is possible. I understand that said equipment is not insured
or protected to the amount of the actual cash value therefore
or otherwise by RockIT in case of theft, fire, or vandalism
while the equipment remains with RockIT. NSF checks are subject
to a $25.00 processing fee.
CONDITIONS OF SALES & POLICY:
All merchandise sold as “new” carries 1-year manufacturer warranty
unless stated otherwise. (CPUs) and all fans excluded) Used
equipment and service repairs carry a 30-day warranty only.
A 20% restocking fee will be issued for any “non-defective”
merchandise returned after 10 days. There is a minimum diagnostic/bench
fee of $39.00 No credit or refunded will be issued after 10
days of original receipt. All returns must have CABLES, PARTS,
MANUALS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING and Original Receipt. Any equipment
left in our facility for more than 30 days will automatically
become property of RockIT to resell, refurbish, or “part-cut”.
Regarding Game Consoles, iPods, MP3 Players, PDA’s RockIT will
not be held responsible for any cosmetic damage such as pry
marks, bend marks, scratches. When we affect a repair on your
equipment, the manufacturer’s warranty will become void! By
turning over equipment to RockIT, you agree to these terms.
